“Rūznāmah-i Millī” was managed by Sayyid ʻAlī Akbar Khān, and was published on a half-page in Ramadan 1324. It was initially founded under the title “Rūznāmah-i Majlis-i Millī-i Tabrīz”. This was the first newspaper printed in Tabriz after the declaration of constitutionalism. According to the statement of the late Tarbiyat in the list of newspapers of Azerbaijan, as the word “Majlis” was not appropriate, a replacement issue was printed and published with the title “Rūznāmah-i Millī”.
This paper was published from the first to the ninth issue with the title “Rūznāmah-i Millī” and from issue 10 to issue 37 as “Jarīdah-i Millī”, and finally from then as “Anjuman-i Tabrīz“.
