Kanīsahʹhā-yi Tihrān az dīrūz tā imrūz

A synagogue, in its literal sense, means a place of gathering. More than just a building, it has historically served as a means of preserving religious, cultural, and ethnic identity, and most importantly, as a unifying factor for Jews throughout history. Wherever Jews migrated, they built such structures inspired by the architecture of that region. Iranian synagogues are no exception and have been constructed with influences from the rich Iranian culture, which adds to their significance.
